About
Tesia Nicoli
I’ve spent much of my life drawn to stories, telling them, shaping them, performing them, and learning from them. Over time, that work expanded beyond the stage and page into something deeper: helping people make sense of where they are, where they’re going, and what matters most along the way.
My path hasn’t been linear, and that’s part of the point. Through years of creative work, leadership, reinvention, and reflection, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to pause, listen, and choose forward movement with intention. What I share now is grounded in lived experience, stories, frameworks, and creative work designed to foster clarity, connection, and growth.
